Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks
  • Develop risk management strategies and action plans to mitigate identified risks
  • Monitor and analyze risk indicators and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation measures
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management controls and processes
  • Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments related to risk management
  • Provide guidance and support to junior risk analysts

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and risk management principles
  • Experience in acquiring is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRM) are a plus
