Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a corporate or agency setting.
- Familiarity with the payment or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
- Proficient in using ATS and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
