Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal and regulatory matters to support the work with insurers, customers, and partners globally;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope out strategic initiatives from a legal and regulatory point of view;
  • Ensure reporting to company’s investors, insurers, and regulatory authorities;
  • Draft, review, and revise contract documentation;
  • Advice on regulatory issues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant position;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (or related fields);
  • Knowledge and experience with the EU law;
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and listening);
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, Latvian and Russian;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Knowledge and experience with Latvian Labour Law;
  • Previous experience working within a FinTech company is considered as advantage.
